Where one runner's run of an action on a frontier stands, as runners gossip it.

waiting | The runner took the run and is preparing its inputs. |
running | The action is running in the sandbox. |
passed | The action passed. |
failed | The action failed or timed out. |
reused | The action was not run: its inputs equal those of the runner's own last pass of it. |
cancelled | The run was dropped before it ended: its job was superseded, or the runner's grant to attest its channel ended. |
