wire_kind

Kinds of wire message carried in the envelope's kind. The envelope's kind is an open set: a kind outside this list is a newer minor version, and peers ignore it. Also the wire_kind telemetry attribute.

Value	Meaning
`sync`	Automerge sync bytes for one document on the sync stream.
`inventory`	How many documents a peer syncs with the receiver, sent on the sync stream each time its caps round with the receiver settles, so a join knows how many to wait for (wire minor 1; refines decision 215).
`notification`	A range notification.
`note`	Information in response to a notification.
`hold`	An objection to a notification.
`say`	A thread message with no expected reply.
`ask`	A thread message that stays open until answered.
`answer`	The reply to an `ask`.
`presence`	A participant is on a document or workspace; never stored.
`typing`	A participant is typing; never stored.
`action_failed`	A runner tells an author of the failing window that an action failed.
`action_succeeded`	A runner tells the authors it told of a failure that the action passes again.
`run`	A runner's run of an action on a frontier changed state, accepted under `Attest` of its channel.
